Born in Bongaigaon, Assam in 1988, Neelutpal Das, developed a fondness for Art from an early age. After completing his Masters, he delved even more in character study and portrait practices and also into 3D Modeling which involved various facial expressions and moods of people. An enthusiastic cartoonist and caricaturist, he portrays and reflects the society with his vivid imaginations.
